My recent stay at The Westin BWI was a mix of highs and lows. Despite the inconvenience of a fire alarm and room issues, the clean rooms and comfortable beds provided a relaxing retreat. Appreciated the peaceful surroundings for my business trip. An overall pleasant experience.

The hotel was fantastic - top-notch facility, great amenities, and friendly staff. The comfy bed gave us the best sleep all week. Breakfast buffet and omelettes during the week were amazing, worth every penny. The staff was incredibly helpful and recommended other nearby restaurants. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order which was a bummer since I was looking forward to using it. Overall though, a great stay with outstanding service! 👍

I loved the place and its staff and atmosphere. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The beds were extremely comfy and the view at sunset was pleasant.

Fairly large and fairly clean hotel, location was ideal next to all the restaurants and shopping and airport, restaraunts, and running trails. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were efficient people with the grumpiest staff member ever. We loved the fact that the continental breakfast was included.

The staff was understanding when I needed an early check-in for a funeral. However, some amenities like the non-operational hot tub and room cleanliness fell short. The convenient location was a plus, but inconsistent service impacted the overall experience.

Gorgeous hotel, we liked our stay, it had amazing food and magnificent location close to Arundel Mills mall. Brand-new, spotless room with 2 beds, everything was perfect.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Linthicum. The pool was good and I had cold drinks in the lobby bar. The hotel was placed in the central location close to the BWI airport.

Upon arrival for a funeral, the front desk staff accommodated my early check-in request with kindness. The room was clean, and the decor was pleasing. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. I appreciated the ability to control the TV from my phone.

Omg the best brunch ever! cheese, crackers, salads, meat, veggie options, 6-9 pm, same spot. 🍳💕 Room was super masculine, free water & robes. Service a+, staff not so much. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect location close to the airport, good food, clean pool. The staff was fabulous and provided excellent service. Appreciated that we had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a refrigerator in the a double room.

the westin is so close to bwi - making it super convenient for airport access. the cleanliness and comfort of the beds were next level. also, the staff really nailed the customer service.

I particularly enjoyed the indoor heated lap pool, which offered a refreshing way to unwind after a long day of work. The hotel's facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and terrace, provided a welcoming atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. Additionally, the 24-hour health club, indoor pool, and spa tub ensured that I had ample opportunities to rejuvenate during my stay.

Für einen Kurztrip nach Eilat zum Tauchen war dies der ideale Ort. Das Haus ist modern und schön eingerichtet und es gibt einen großen offenen Wohnbereich und einen gut ausgestatteten Außenbereich. Die Betreiber waren sehr zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig die Tauchlehrer. Es war kein Problem, sofort am nächsten Tag zu tauchen, obwohl ich wenig Erfahrung hatte. Die Orte zum Tauchen waren für mich als Anfänger ideal. Schön, dass Unterkunft und Tauch-Resort an einem Ort sind, dadurch war alles völlig unkompliziert.

Alles war in Ordnung.

During our stay for a leisure trip to explore the local area, we found the restaurant room service to be a standout positive aspect. Despite a few minor inconveniences, these amenities and services enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

The WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio kept me guilt-free after indulging at Luminous Restaurant. The indoor pool was a hit with the families – I did some "serious" splashing there! And guess what? My bed was so comfy, I felt like a royal snoozer. The hotel’s location was ideal, especially for my business meetings nearby.

I recently stayed at The Westin near Baltimore and DC for my friend's birthday trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff in the mornings were friendly and polite. The room also had a cozy chaise lounge, which added a nice touch. One of the highlights was the exceptional cleanliness throughout the hotel. As a fitness enthusiast, my friend was thrilled with the well-equipped fitness center. It had multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and even weight machines - far more than the typical hotel gym. a great stay that exceeded our expectations.

I chose this hotel for a work session for its excellent business amenities, including the 24-hour business center and modern equipment in the fitness studio. The conference space and meeting rooms, totaling 7300 square feet, were well-equipped and conducive to productive meetings.

The only service I missed for my work session was the absence of a dedicated coworking space within the hotel.

Dixon Jr. Aircraft Observation Area and Patapsco Valley State Park provided great opportunities for family bonding and exploration. The soothing spa and wellness center added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The rooms were spacious and the pool and hot tub were larger than most hotels. The hotel had a pool, workout room, and restaurant with excellent food. The staff was friendly and quickly resolved any issues. The shower was great and the bathroom towels were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently close to BWI Airport.

The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had! Rooms were clean but smaller than expected from the photos. DEFINITELY coming back!

The beds were so cozy, never slept better! The staff was top-notch, room upgraded due to a minor hiccup, and they even reduced the bill. Loving the spacious room and bathroom, especially the refreshing rain shower. Two bottles of water were a nice touch. 🌟 Only issue was the lukewarm water in the shower, bit of a bummer, but didn't ruin the overall fantastic stay!

Despite a few hiccups during my stay, I was pleased with the overall experience at Westin. The room was comfortable and the food at the bar was surprisingly good. The extended vehicle parking option was a lifesaver for my early flight the next morning. I would recommend this hotel.

The modern decor in the hotel lobby was really nice, and I loved the touch of having a bowl of fresh apples available. the bed in the room was comfortable, and despite the cold weather outside, the heating system in the room worked excellently to keep us warm. Another advantage was the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

Check, in was a disappointment as we had to wait in our car for two hours after the designated check, in time for housekeeping to finish cleaning our room. We even had to call multiple times and consider canceling our reservation.

Located in a strange area northwest of the airport, this hotel was a hidden gem. Despite being close to the airport, it was not noisy. The spacious rooms were impressive, with a modern decor, and the comfortable bed and pillows made me feel at home. The bathroom was the perfect size and there was a refrigerator in the room. The gym, pool, and sundry shop were also very convenient.

They went above and beyond, even stepping in to do our airport shuttle pickup when they were short-handed. This level of service made us feel valued as guests and will definitely make us return to this Westin property. the room was impeccably clean, extremely comfortable, and had a pleasant scent. the entire facility looked top-notch and the amenities, including the well-equipped gym, were fantastic. the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and sweet, and the front desk staff went out of their way to help my friend borrow a phone charger. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the van driver who was informative and made the journey enjoyable. the front desk clerk was helpful and apologized for the oversight in the room. the fresh linens provided in the new room were a relief after the initial disappointment.

The check-in process felt rushed, with the incidental charges not being mentioned upfront. the room cleanliness was subpar, with bloodstains on the unmade bed.

The kids absolutely loved splashing around, and it was a perfect way for us to unwind after a long day of sightseeing at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great environment for families and youth sports groups.

My wife says that the kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available at the on-site restaurant.
